Adrian Peterson's goal for 2013 is 2,500 yards.
He's already off to a good start in trying to attain that lofty mark. His first carry in the 2013 season went for a 78-yard touchdown against the Detroit Lions.
Facing eight men in the box, Peterson weaved his way through Detroit defenders before cutting upfield untouched for the long touchdown.
A season ago, Peterson ran for 2,097 yards, the second most all-time in NFL history in a single season.
