Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Alan Branch didn’t get too far from last Sunday’s loss to the St. Louis Cardinals without paying a price.
The NFL has fined Branch $10,000 for unnecessarily hitting Rams quarterback Sam Bradford in the head/neck area, according to Darren Urban, who writes for the team’s Web site.
Branch has the right to appeal the fine.
