The Denver Broncos have agreed to a three-year contract with offensive coordinator Adam Gase.
Gase, 36, was the Broncos' offensive coordinator for the past two years working for new Bears coach John Fox.
Gase worked well with Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning as the Broncos set an NFL record with 606 points during the 2013 season as they made the Super Bowl.
Last season, they scored 486 points in winning their fourth straight division title.
In Gase’s first year as offensive coordinator in 2013, the Broncos set NFL records with 76 touchdowns.
Gase interviewed for the Bears' head-coaching position on Jan. 3.
