Roosevelt has a previous stint with the Bills. He caught 25 passes for 396 yards and a touchdown during 16 games previously</p> <p>
Roosevelt was recently cut by the Detroit Lions.</p> <p>
Cohen is a former Detroit Lions seventh-round draft pick. He played for defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz in Detroit. He played a dozen games last season for the Chicago Bears.</p> <p>
The Bills cut wide receiver Ramses Barden and linebakcer Nathan Williams.</p> <p>
