Denver Broncos defensive tackle Ty Warren, who suffered a torn triceps muscle and underwent surgery on Tuesday, won't be placed on injured reserve by the team just yet.
The Broncos are holding out some hope that Warren can return after he recovers from the injury, a timetable of about three or four months.
“Everybody heals differently,” Broncos coach John Fox said to the Denver Post.
The Titans also lost defensive tackle Marcus Thomas on the same day (Aug. 15) that Warren was injured, but he is expected back by the regular season opener on Sept. 12 against the Oakland Raiders.
