Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer left the game with a right knee injury Thursday night against the Buffalo Bills and his return is questionable.
Hoyer was replaced by Brandon Weeden, who missed the past two games with a sprained thumb.
Hoyer got injured when he was sliding and was hit by Bills rookie middle linebacker Kiko Alonso.
Hoyer had played exceptionally well, winning two games as a starter since taking over for Weeden.
The hometown product is now sidelined in all likelihood for the remainder of this game.
