Lions receiver Calvin Johnson appears to be on track to play against the Falcons in London.
According to the team's official site, Johnson was able to participate more during Thursday's practice, giving him a better opportunity to be active on Sunday.
"We knew he was coming along and to have him have an opportunity to take part in a little bit of practice (Wednesday) was good," coach Jim Caldwell said. "As they see it, they’ll ramp him up a little bit more today and see how he looks tomorrow. We’ll go from there."
Johnson has been out recently due to a high ankle sprain. He warmed up this past Sunday against the Saints but was unable to play.
If Johnson can go Sunday, the Atlanta defense could be in for another long day.
