Kansas City Chiefs director of pro personnel Chris Ballard has declined offers to interview for the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles' general manager vacancies.
Both had requested permission.
Ballard has interviewed with the Chicago Bears.
That seems to be the job he wants and may land.
He spent 12 years working in the Bears organization as an area scout and director of pro scouting before joining the Chiefs two years ago.
