The Miami Dolphins finally got a quarterback to say yes on Monday.
It wasn't Peyton Manning, and it wasn't Matt Flynn or even Alex Smith. Instead, former Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback David Garrard is heading to South Beach, according to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union via Twitter.
Garrard was unceremoniously dumped by the Jaguars just prior to the start of last season, then wound up having back surgery and sitting out all of the 2011 season.
Garrard now heads to Miami, and essentially trades spots with Chad Henne, who missed most of last season with the Dolphins and recently signed with the Jaguars.
