Jabar Gaffney made it official by re-signing with the New England Patriots on Monday, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss.
Gaffney, who spent last season with the Washington Redskins, had 68 catches for 947 yards and five touchdowns in 2011.
Gaffney played for the Patriots from 2006-08 and has also spent time with the Houston Texans and Denver Broncos.
