Gregg Williams will meet with the Tennessee Titans on Thursday to interview for the head-coaching vacancy that was created last week when Jeff Fisher left the organization.
The interview, reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter, puts Williams in line for a job that some have considered Mike Munchak the frontrunner to receive.
Williams have been careful about which jobs he is in consideration for and he might find this one to be an appealing match. He was supposed to be the coach-in-waiting in Washington before that job went to Jim Zorn. Williams joined the New Orleans Saints and earned a Super Bowl ring last year.
