Houston Texans rookie outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney is having surgery today to address a torn meniscus in his knee.

The injury is expected to sideline him four to six weeks.

Clowney got hurt in the second quarter of the Texans' 17-6 win over the Washington Redskins.

Clowney sprained his medial collateral ligament.

Clowney has had a concussion this year and underwent sports hernia surgery.
