The Jacksonville Jaguars hired Greg Olson as their offensive coordinator.
Olson was the offensive coordinator last year for the Oakland Raiders. He was previously the assistant head-coach and quarterbacks coach for the Jaguars.
The Raiders finished last in offense last season, ranking 32nd in rushing and 26th in passing.
Rookie quarterback Derek Carr passed for 3,270 yards, 21 touchdowns and a dozen interceptions.
Olson has also coordinated offenses for the Detroit Lions, St. Louis Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Olson replaces Jedd Fisch, who was fired.
