Stephen Hill became the second receiver picked in the second round to agree to his rookie contract.
According to Manish Mehta on the New York Daily News, Hill agreed to a four-year, $5 million contract on Thursday.
The former Georgia Tech wide receiver's stock went up at the NFL Combine when he ran a 40-yard dash in the 4.3s. The Jets are hoping that Hill can become the needed deep threat for the offense.
