Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell is on the mend from a major knee injury.
Bell told MLive that his surgically-repaired knee is much better and that he's gained clearance to begin running full speed a few weeks ago.
“I’m feeling 100 percent,” Bell said. “I’m feeling great.”
Bell was signed to a three-year, $9.3 million contract this spring. He rushed for 650 yards last season and had 547 receiving yards with eight touchdowns scored.
