Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart will more than likely make his return to the playing field this Sunday.
Stewart, who has missed time due to a knee injury, was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. That's a good sign for Stewart, who seemed really close to getting into last Sunday's game against Cincinnati before being deemed inactive Sunday morning.
If Stewart is ready to go, he'd likely have a chance at shouldering the running back load by himself. DeAngelo Williams is still recovering and isn't practicing with his teammates yet due to an ankle injury. With Stewart and Williams out, the Panthers have turned to Darrin Reaves to be their starter.
