There's about a 50/50 chance that running back Jonathan Stewart returns to the Panthers this week.
Stewart was limited in practice on Friday and has been deemed questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals. Stewart has missed the last two weeks with a knee sprain.
The Panthers could use Stewart back in the lineup as DeAngelo Williams is injured and Mike Tolbert is on injured reserve-designated to return. The Panthers went with Darrin Reaves as the starting running back last week.
Also questionable for the Panthers are defensive end Charles Johnson (hip) and tight end Greg Olsen (ankle). Both were also limited in Friday's practice.
