Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt will not be suspended or face any discipline over his three off-season arrests during the lockout.
According to TitanInsider, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, through league spokesman Greg Aiello, informed the club and Britt of the decision.
Britt entered a guilty plea to careless driving in New Jersey as he and a friend were clocked doing 71 mph in a 50 mph zone and then attemped to elude police.
Britt is also facing three counts of disorderly persons, stemming from an incident at a New Jersey car wash where he was alleged to have had a cigar containing marijuana.
And finally, Britt was charged by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with two counts of falsifying information on a driver's license application.
