Detroit Lions linebacker Tahir Whitehead was fined $22,050 for an ilegal hit on Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Cole Beasley.
Whitehead was hit with a personal foul for hitting a defenseless receiver in the head and beck area.
Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant also was fined $8.268 for taunting.
The Lions are out of the playoffs following their loss to the Cowboys.
