San Francisco 49ers linebacker Navorro Bowman, who's recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered during the playoffs has restructured his contract for 2014.
$3.27 million of his originally scheduled $4 million base salary for 2014 has been converted into a signing bonus, lowering his salary-cap figure to $4.434 million and his base salary to a fully guaranteed $730,000.
Bowman is still due $46,875 in per-game roster bonuses for every game active.
In 2015, Bowman has a $4.7 million base salary and an $8.404 million salary-cap figure with $4.7 million of the salary guaranteed at signing and fully guaranteed if he's on the roster on April 1, 2015.
In 2016, he has a $5.85 million base salary and a $9.554 million salary-cap figure.
In 2017, Bowman has a $6.75 million base salary with a $8.954 million salary-cap figure.
In 2018, he has a $8.7 million base salary with a $10.104 million salary-cap figure.
2019 is an option year that voided since he was on the roster for the first day of the 2014 league year.
