The Green Bay Packers dodged a potentially scary injury.

Cornerback Tramon Williams left the field Thursday night playing the New Orleans Saints holding his arm, the kind of moment that can make a team hold its collective breath.

Turns out there’s no serious issue. He suffered what coach Mike McCarthy said was a bruised shoulder, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette. While McCarthy didn’t deliver any kind of timetable, the Packers now have 10 days to prepare for Week 2. Williams isn’t expected to miss an extended period of time, refreshing news for a team that suffered so many injuries a year ago.
