They signed defensive lineman Antonio Johnson, who has played for the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans, outside linebacker Rufus Johnson and running back Dion Lewis.
Antonio Johnson has 143 career tackles and 4 1/2 sacks.
Rufus Johnson is a former New Orleans Saints sixth-round draft pick.
Lewis has played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns. He was released by Cleveland at the end of training camp last season and was signed by Indianapolis, who then cut him six days later.
Lewis has 171 career rushing yards on 36 attempts with two touchdowns and has three receptions for 21 yards.
