NFL teams are raiding the Seattle Seahawks' defensive staff.
First, defensive coordinator Dan Quinn was hired away to become the Atlanta Falcons' new head coach.
Now, the Oakland Raiders have hired Seahawks linebackers coach Ken Norton Jr. as their new defensive coordinator.
Norton is a former All-Pro linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers.
Norton has been part of three Super Bowl winners, three as a player and one as a coach. Norton played alongside Raiders coach Jack Del Rio with the Dallas Cowboys.
Norton Jr. has coached the Seahawks linebackers for five years.
He spent six seasons coaching defense at USC.
