The Oakland Raiders interviewed Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur for their head coaching vacancy.
Shurmur has coached the Eagles' offense for the past two season.
He wasn't successful as a head coach with the Cleveland Browns, going 9-23 in two seasons.
The Raiders fired Dennis Allen and then had Tony Sparano, another candidate for the job, as their interim coach.
