The Washington Redskins have signed defensive tackle Jake McDonough, according to his agent, Glen Lansy, of Elite Sports Agency.</p> <p>
McDonough has previous stints with the New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts.</p> <p>
He played collegiately at Iowa State.</p> <p>
The Redskins have been shorthanded along the defensive line due to injuries.</p> <p>
