Apparently, Stan Kroenke is taking a hands-on approach to the St. Louis Rams in his first season as majority owner of the club.

That’s what Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post reported late Monday night after the Rams fell 28-16 to the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.

Kroenke apparently was pressing Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo for information after the game ended, resulting in Spagnuolo being 25 minutes late to his postgame press conference.

Spagnuolo went to the Rams after spending two seasons as the defensive coordinator of the Giants, so he has contacts in New York. It’s a tough situation for the Rams, who have a young team that is making strides but still has a long ways to go.
