The Houston Texans have not begun any talks yet with quarterback Matt Schaub on a contract extension, according to the SportsXchange.
Schaub's season was cut short last year because of a lisfranc injury, but is recovering and should be full-go for the season.
The report says Schaub and the Texans will probably begin talks on a new deal around the time training camp opens late this month.
