The Seattle Seahawks have promoted wide receiver Bryan Walters from the practice squad to the active roster.
Walters is a former Cornell player who has a previous stint with the San Diego Chargers.
Walters played in three games this season for the Seahawks.
He was cut in November and then re-signed to the practice squad.
Walters rejoins the active roster with cornerback Brandon Browner officially suspended indefinitely for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy.
