Veteran outside linebacker James Harrison is rejoining the Pittsburgh Steelers and will sign a contract with the team as soon as this morning, according to a source.

Harrison had previously announced his retirement, but has now changed his mind.

Harrison visited the Arizona Cardinals in late August, but ultimately no deal could be worked out.

Harrison is a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Harrison played 10 years for the Steelers before being released in a salary-cap dispute and then signing with the Cincinnati Bengals for last season.

Harrison has recorded 472 career tackles, 66 sacks and six interceptions.
