Tennessee Titans receiver Nate Washington admitted Friday that his injury suffered Sunday against Buffalo is a high ankle sprain.

“It's a high ankle. It's just taking it one day at a time. Tomorrow will be Saturday so we'll evaluate it again Saturday. I'll be here tomorrow getting in every bit of work I can,” Washington told TitanInsider.com. “When Monday came around I could barely walk,” Washington said. “Today, there's a little pain, but there's some progression.”

Washington will be a game-time decision for this Sunday's game against New Orleaqns, as will cornerback Jason McCourty, who suffered a concussion against the Bills.

Washington has stepped up with Kenny Britt being lost for the year. He has a career-high 53 receptions for Tennessee.
