New Orleans Saints and Pelicans owner Tom Benson filed a motion asked that a lawsuit filed against him by his daughter and grandchildren be dismissed.
Benson's daughter, Renee Benson, and grandchildren, Rita Benson LeBlanc and Ryan LeBlanc, are legally fighting Benson's decision to impart his businesses to his wife, Gayle Benson, when he dies.
The relatives are claiming that Benson, 87, has had a significant decline in health and mental capacity.
Benson has denied those allegations.
