Carter is a gifted run and hit linebacker who is effective in space and working in pursuit. However, I don't like him as a 34 inside guy. Attacking downhill is not one of his strengths and it seems like a poor fit from a scheme standpoint. Plus, there are medical concerns with Carter as well.
