Long-time Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians might not be back in 2012, says the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Arians, who is in the final year of his contract, could retire or the Steelers may elect not to re-sign him.
Arians has been the Steelers offensive coordinator ever since Mike Tomlin became head coach in 2007, although he nearly retired for health reasons a couple of years ago.
