The Chicago Bears have signed wide receiver Dale Moss.</p> <p>
Moss was with the Bears during the offseason last year and was previously on their practice squad.</p> <p>
Moss, 25, is a former South Dakota State player who went undrafted in 2012.</p> <p>
He has previous stints with the Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Carolina Panthers.</p> <p>
