Why the Bills can cover the spread

Buffalo dominates the AFC East, winning 17 of their past 20 divisional battles. The Jets conversely are 2-16 SU and just 2-13 ATS in their past 15 September games.

Allen has two No. 1 WRs to throw to and two talented TEs (including rookie Dalton Kincaid). The defense regressed a bit last season but is still capable of harassing the Jets and turning the ball over.

Why the Jets can cover the spread

We are concerned with the Bills linebacking core. Tremaine Edmunds is gone to Chicago and Von Miller is hurt. Those absences will attract Rodgers’ attention for sure.

Rodgers and last season’s offensive Rookie of the Year Garrett Wilson have clicked in the preseason and the Jets have a ground attack which can grind the clock and open up the aerial attack.
