Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was limited on Saturday for the second straight day of practice and is officially listed as questionable for Monday night's game in San Francisco.
Roethlisberger has a high ankle sprain suffered against Cleveland last week in a Thursday night game, and despite the extra rest, has not been a full go, taking limited reps the past two days, according to NFL.com.
Meanwhile, the Steelers have ruled out center Maurkice Pouncey, who also has a high ankle sprain.
