The Denver Broncos made it official, signing veteran free safety Michael Huff and placing safety Rahim Moore on injured reserve-designated to return.
Moore had emergency leg surgery. He's out at least eight weeks.
National Football Post first reported the pending Huff deal, which followed a tryout that included him and safeties John Boyett and Tyler Sash.
Boyett was signed to the practice squad and Edwin Baker was released.
