Denver Broncos receiver Demaryius Thomas is still several weeks away from being able to contribute to the offense.
According to Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post, Thomas was a non-participant in Friday's practice as the Broncos ready for the rival Oakland Raiders.
Thomas had surgery on his Achilles tendon early in the off-season and is still not ready to return for the Broncos offense. Later, it was learned, according to the Post, that Thomas also has a broken finger on his left hand.
Linebacker D.J. Williams and defensive tackles Ty Warren and Marcus Thomas also missed Friday's practice.
