Few teams have fought as hard for a 1-5 record like the Baltimore Ravens have this year. John Harbaugh’s team has kept each of its first six games close but remains in the basement of the AFC North after cementing just one overtime win against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4.
They now set to face the 4-2 Arizona Cardinals in Glendale tonight, and ticket prices are plummeting on the secondary market.
Blame it on the lackluster play of both squads, but tonight’s Monday Night Football affair will be the cheapest remaining home game on the Cardinals’ schedule this season. According to TiqIQ the average secondary market price for
, down 65.8% below the Cardinals’ average of $259 across their final five games at University of Phoenix Stadium. Looking just to get in? The cheapest ticket is listed for $32.
Plenty of hotel accommodations can still be made if planning a last-minute trip to tonight’s ballgame as well.
start for as low as $36 per night while four-star hotels are available at a starting price of $83 per night. Hipmunk can also book the last possible flight into Glendale so you’re in your seat before the 8:30 p.m. opening kickoff
The Ravens embark on another cross-country trip Monday night, making it their fourth game of the season on the west coast. The team has experienced its worst start in franchise history at just 1-5 and will likely suffer its first losing season since 2007, but a Wild Card spot is still manageable pending a miraculous turnaround over the final 10 weeks of the season.
The Cardinals have fizzled after a strong 3-0 start and look to return to early-season form at home. While they are still favorites to win the NFC West, there is concern as to whether they’re fit to make a deep playoff push. Their four wins have come against New Orleans, Chicago, San Francisco and Detroit, who combined have won just eight games this season. However, each of those wins have been blowouts for the Cardinals (winning by 11 points or higher in each), so it is safe to assume that a routing is in order for the struggling Ravens.
