There are two major movers on the college football lines moves this week.
The biggest shift is the Florida Atlantic and Georgia Southern matchup which opened with Florida Atlantic listed as a 6-point road favorite. If you check in on that game now you’ll find Georgia Southern listed as a 1.5-point home favorite. That’s a 7.5-point swing! Being listed as a favorite isn’t always a good thing for Georgia Southern, as they’re 2-7 against the spread in their last 10 games when favored.

The other big mover on the odds this week is the Texas State and Louisiana-Monroe matchup. This game opened with Louisiana-Monroe listed as a 1-point home favorite. The current odds have Texas State pegged as a 5.5-point road favorite.
That’s a 6.5-point move. Texas State has won and covered their last three games as a road favorite.
Clemson football betting line in Week 3?
The No. 1 ranked Clemson Tigers have a cake walk this week against Citadel. They opened as 47.5-point favorites, but the gap has since been decreased to 45 points. Clemson failed to cover last week as a 34.5-point favorite, and when favored by 45 points or more they’re 6-0 straight up and 3-3 ATS in their last six games.
Another ACC team facing a big spread this week is the North Carolina Tar Heels. They opened as a 26-point favorite versus Charlotte, and that spread has since grown to -29.5. North Carolina is 8-0 SU and 4-4 ATS in their last eight when favored by 29 points or more
Several games on the weekend schedule have seen a 2.5-point line shift. A few of those include Boston College at Duke moving from -4.5 to -6, Houston at Baylor moving from -7 to -4.5, and Austin Peay at Cincinnati moving from -31.5 to -34.
Cincinnati has rough on bettors when favored by 34 points or more. In their last seven games they’re 7-0 SU but only 2-5 ATS.
