Two sons of Ray Lewis transferring to Kentucky

Two sons of Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis are transferring to Kentucky.

Rayshad Lewis is leaving Maryland and Rahsaan Lewis is departing Florida Atlantic to join the Wildcats, the siblings posted on Twitter late Wednesday night.

A Kentucky spokesman confirmed to reporters that the brothers are confirmed walk-ons with the program.

Rayshad Lewis is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound wide receiver who has one season of eligibility remaining as a graduate transfer. He had three receptions for 13 yards in 2019 after playing defense for the Terrapins in 2018. He caught 40 passes for 476 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games at Utah State in 2016.

Rahsaan Lewis is a 5-foot-11, 180-pound receiver who played in four games as a sophomore at Florida Atlantic last season before redshirting. He played in seven games at Central Florida as a defensive back in 2018.

Ray Lewis was a 13-time Pro Bowl selection, two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and two-time Super Bowl champion during 17 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens (1996-2012). He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018.
