NFL Week 3 Props: Steelers vs Buccaneers
The Tampa Buccaneers are off to roaring start this season. Through two weeks, they lead the league in two offensive categories - total yards, and passing yards.
The Bucs are averaging 37.5 points per game and have already scored 10 touchdowns. However, if there's one offensive area they're lacking, it's in the rushing department. Tampa Bay rank 27th in total rush yards and Ryan Fitzpatrick is the only player with a rushing touchdown.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are starring in a different film. While they are 2nd in the NFL in both pass yards and overall yards, they sit in 4th place in the AFC North at 0-1-1.
Their last regular season win came on December 31st, 2017 and since that day, the Steelers lost a shootout to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the divisional round, tied the Cleveland Browns, and lost to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Le'Veon Bell doesn't appear to be in any hurry to return to the huddle until terms are met. At while Antonio Brown is set to play Monday night, Le'Veon Bell doesn't appear to be in any hurry to return to the huddle until terms are met.
It would appear the Buccaneers have all the momentum, while the Pittsburgh faithful grow antsier each week.
Will Monday night provide evidence that the Buccaneers are a legitimate threat in the NFC, or will the Steelers nab their first win and gain back some much-needed confidence?
