The court documents filed in the appeal case of the Broncos' D.J. Williams do not look for the linebacker trying to overturn his six-game suspension.
According to the Denver Post, court records show Williams failed a second test for performance-enhancing drugs, and that a third test may have been compromised as a bottle fell from Williams' waist as he was providing a urine sample.
Williams' attorney Peter Ginsberg said the NFL never pursued the second failed test against Williams, and that both Williams and a Broncos trainer said there was nothing alleged to be fishy regarding the bottle.
