The Philadelphia Eagles placed safety Earl Wolff on injured reserve with a knee injury and signed cornerback Roc Carmichael.
Wolff has been dealing with a knee injury.
He hasn't been a starter.
Carmichael played all but three games for the Eagles last season and recorded 16 tackles.
He was cut in August.
