Although star wide receiver Julio Jones has been cleared to practice on a limited basis, the Atlanta Falcons won't have defensive tackle Corey peters and safety Zeke Motta available to practice.</p> <p>
Both were placed on the physically unable to perform list.</p> <p>
Peters is back on a one-year deal after tearing his Achilles at the end of the season.</p> <p>
Motta sustained a cervical fracture in his neck in December.</p> <p>
The Falcons have also said that wide receiver Drew Davis will start camp on physically unable to perform list following foot surgery.</p> <p>
