The four-time Pro Bowl selection is scheduled to meet with team officials Monday morning.</p> <p>

Snee has played in the NFL for 10 seasons.</p> <p>

Snee is still dealing with the effects of an elbow injury that required surgery last November.</p> <p>

Snee hasn't been able to practice.</p> <p>

A second-round draft pick from Boston College in 2004, Snee is Giants coach Tom Coughlin's son-in-law.</p> <p>

Snee had hip surgery following the 2012 season and last year.</p> <p>

He played three games last season before being placed on injured reserve.</p> <p>
