Monroe is a former Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick.
He has raised some eyebrows around the NFL with his passionate advocacy for allowing players to use medical marijuana.
Monroe didn't live up to expectations with the Ravens and was replaced by rookie Ronnie Stanley at left tackle.
