Josh Scobee did not kick on Tuesday because of a groin injury suffered in Sunday's victory over Tampa Bay.
The kicker could be out for the Jaguars, who take on the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night in the Georgia Dome.
If Scobee cannot go, the Jaguars have added some insurance, according to the Jacksonville Times-Union, signing kicker Brandon Coutu to the practice squad. The Jaguars have until 4 p.m. ET to add Coutu to the 53-man roster in time for Thursday night's game.
