The Jacksonville Jaguars hired Kelly Skipper as running backs coach, firing running backs coach Terry Richardson.
Skipper was the Oakland Raiders' running backs coach since 2009.
He worked with Jaguars offensive coordinator Greg Olson with the Raiders.
Skipper has also coached tight ends. He was an offensive coordinator at UCLA.
