New York Jets linebacker Jermaine Cunningham was arrested in late December in New Jersey.
Cunningham was charged with in third-degree invasion of privacy for unauthorized disclosure of sexual images of a person without the individual’s consent. He was also charged with destruction of clothing and illegally transporting a firearm.
Cunningham missed the season on injured reserve with a torn Achilles.
The Jets had no comment other than saying they were aware of the arrest.
